For anyone commuting for work or just wanting quick freeway access without living on top of a freeway, this location hits a sweet spot that is hard to find right now.

What really makes Hawes Crossing stand out to me is the range of housing being built here. Lennar has single family homes and new townhomes feeding into the highly rated Gilbert Public Schools district, which is a huge draw for growing families.
